The leather grain remains the hero. The environment supports the bag instead of competing with it.
The source image already had a credible product and texture. The job was to remove the accidental environment, preserve the leather character, and build a frame that feels considered rather than synthetic.

What changedA dark controlled set, edge lighting, deeper separation, and a more deliberate camera position.
Creative decisions
The output is intentionally dark, but the handles, grain, hardware, and silhouette must remain readable.

Controlled side light separates the brown leather from the charcoal set without washing it out.
The composition supports later crops, copy, or motion without forcing branding into the sample.
